Gavin Seim, liberty speaker and constitutionalist, pulls over a police officer who’s unlawfully patrolling in an unmarked police car. It may seem unnecessary or petty, but the fact of the matter is, the more you allow lawlessness, the more government officials will push the envelope on what they can get away in regards to not following the law. Laws are laws, and simply put, if the law is you can’t patrol in an unmarked police car, than that needs to be followed. There are obvious reasons why police shouldn’t be pulling people over in unmarked cars. Criminals could then take any car they wanted, slap some lights on it, and pull someone over to prey on them.
